Extended Stay LIC welcomes corporate executives, those in life transitions, in the midst of a job relocation, on assignment in New York City, and all others in need of longer term accommodations.
Monthly rent ranges from $3,500 - $4,500, depending on length of stay. 30-day minimum rental requirement. Partial months over 30-days are pro-rated.
Extended Stay LIC operates fully within all local, state and federal laws and regulations. We are not in any way associated with nor modeled on Airbnb. All applicants will be required to have a credit check performed by our real estate agent. Application fee, credit check fee and realtor fee may apply depending on length of stay. All utilities, gas, electric, cable television, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and housecleaning included.

- Rentals terms are very flexible - they do not have to start or end on the first of the month and can be for partial months after 30-days.
- No accounts for cable, Internet, or utilities to set up - we do it all.
- Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- No smoking allowed.
